Carparking Information
*Standard car parking whilst a guest at the Bella Vista Hotel is complimentary for the duration of your booked stay. (i.e.: stay 1 night park free for 1 night stay 2 park free for 2 etc)
ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES OFFERING SHORT & LONG TERM AIRPORT PARKING
The following accommodation packages offer complimentary car parking based on the terms and conditions
outlined below:
Package One: Stay Park & Fly: Includes complimentary standard parking for up to 7 days.
Package Two: The Works: Includes complimentary standard parking for up to 14 days.
If you book a stay prior to departure and a stay upon return then standard parking is included for up to 14 days. Please note that both stays are subject to prepayment and are non cancellable.
Please note that you must book these packages to qualify for complimentary standard car parking. All other room bookings will be subject to standard daily car parking charges as outlined below.
SHORT & LONG TERM AIRPORT PARKING
Parking is only available to guests who have booked and stayed at the Bella Vista Express Hotel the day before departing the Domestic or International Terminals.
*If your package includes parking, then all you need to do is complete the Parking Registration Form required upon arrival.
*If your package does not include parking then the standard car parking charges will apply as outlined below.
STANDARD CAR PARKING CHARGES
If parking is not included in your package then the following standard charges apply.

No minimum spend required to park
Please note that for the purpose of this document and clear understanding between both parties* standard car parking means any park within the hotel grounds excluding the Secured Parking Area.

To upgrade from standard car parking package inclusions a fee of per day applies.
PROVISION FOR SECURITY
The car park is monitored by hotel staff on a regular basis and by paid external Patrolled Security at night. The car park has 24 hour digital surveillance and all reasonable care is taken to ensure cars are kept safe, however the Bella Vista Express Hotel cannot and will not guarantee the security of your vehicle

Terms and Conditions of Short & Long Term Car parking
Definitions and Interpretation
Company: Refers to Hotel owners, BVA Investments Ltd trading as Bella Vista Express Hotel
Customer/Guest: Refers to ‘you’ the registered guest/owner of vehicle or authorised agents of owners.
Standard Parking: Refers to any park outside of the secure gated onsite facility.
Pricing: Is inclusive of GST and by parking in our car park you agree to pay any monies due in full.
Package Inclusion: If parking is included in the package, room type, rate plan booked then parking is available as outlined in the package offering as stated at the time of booking. Parking is for standard car parking and for one vehicle per booked room.
Authorised Vehicles for Parking
Parking at the Bella Vista Express Hotel is available to booked and registered guests only. All vehicles must be registered via a signed Parking Registration Form accepting these terms and conditions. If you are not willing to accept these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to utilize our parking facilities. By using this car park you warrant that you are the owner or the authorised person of the owner of the vehicle and agree to indemnify Bella Vista Express Hotel and its employees and contractors against any damage caused to any other vehicle or the car park as a result of your use of the vehicle and the car park, including but not limited to damage caused by the leakage of oil or any other substance from your vehicle.
Availability
Parking is available for one car per booked room and is subject to availability at the time of check in.
Preference will be given to those that purchase packages. Additional vehicles must be prearranged with the hotel and are subject to the associated fees as described above.
Parking can only be taken once and must be consecutive for a nominated mutually agreed period of time. i.e. If you book a package that includes 7 days nights stay and you only use 4 nights then 3 nights are lost and cannot be used at a later date. Standard rates apply to extra nights. You must contact us direct to arrange this.
Disclaimer of Liability
By using our parking facilities you agree that it is at your own risk in every respect and you release BVA Investments Ltd trading as Bella Vista Express Hotel, its employees or contractors fully from any liability for loss or damage to your vehicle or any other possessions howsoever caused. The hotel will take reasonable care in that the car park is regular policed internally and externally, we cannot and will not guarantee the security of your vehicle.
Use of all Bella Vista Express Hotel parking facilities for commercial purposes is not permitted. You must not obstruct any persons or vehicles using the car park or park in any area marked “Reserved” or “No Parking”.
Any car parked in a mobility bay must display a current mobility pass.
Guest Responsibility for Parking
Park within the lines for each bay allowing enough room to open doors without damaging other vehicles
Advise reception where you have parked
Remove all valuable and visible items from your vehicle to reduce the risk of break ins.
Take care and all precautions when driving through our car park keeping speeds at no more than 10kmph.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
In the event that you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined above Bella Vista Express Hotel may result in your vehicle being clamped or towed at your expense. Vehicles will not be released to the owner until all monies owed. If you are not willing to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above then you are not authorised by management to use our facilities.
