Bella Vista Motels offer a variety of room types that are suitable for all travellers. From the excellent value compact studio, more spacious standard studio, 1 bedroom family units. Some properties offer 2 bedroom units with interconnecting rooms. 
 

There are also access/disabled units and spa bath studios units available at some properties on request.

Most properties have the following room types:

Compact Studio
 

Suitable for 1 - 2 people.
Queen size bed, tea/coffee and toast making facilities, under bench fridge and some have microwaves. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Twin/Triple Studio
 

Suitable for 1 - 3 people.
Queen size bed and a single bed or two single beds, Kitchenette with a kitchen sink, fridge, tea/coffee and toast making facilities a microwave oven and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Standard Studio
 

Suitable for 1 - 2 people.
Queen size bed, Kitchenette with a kitchen sink, tea/coffee and toast making facilities, microwave oven, fridge. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Superior Studio

Suitable for 1 - 2 people.
Queen size bed, Kitchenette with a kitchen sink, tea/coffee and toast making facilities, microwave oven, fridge. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Some properties have spa baths.

1 Bedroom Unit
 

Suitable for 1 - 4 people
Queen size bed in the main living area. Separate bedroom with two single beds. Full kitchen facilities, dining area with table and chairs, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower.

2 Bedroom Unit
 

Suitable for up to 6 persons
This unit has full kitchen facilities, a dining area with table and chairs.
Some properties have a Queen size bed in main living area, two single beds in a separate bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a single bath and shower.
A second bedroom with a queen or twin bedding with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
There are interconnecting studio unit options at some properties.
